Renew your home without starting over

A home refresh updates two to four connected spaces with coordinated styling changes — new textiles, revised layouts, refined colour, and targeted furniture swaps — while keeping the bones of your interior intact.

From £1,650 Multi-room cohesion in weeks, not months

When a refresh makes sense

Homeowners typically request a refresh when individual rooms have evolved in isolation and no longer speak to one another. Perhaps the kitchen was updated but the adjoining dining space still reflects a previous decade, or bedrooms carry mismatched furniture from several house moves.

Refreshes also suit pre-sale preparation, rental turnovers, and post-renovation finishing where builders have departed but rooms still feel bare. The goal is cohesion and warmth, not demolition.

What we assess first

Our stylists conduct a whole-property walkthrough even when only selected rooms are in scope. Hallways, landings, and sight lines between spaces matter for a refresh to feel unified rather than patchwork.

We inventory furniture worth retaining, identify pieces that undermine the overall look, and note quick wins — lighting upgrades, rug sizing corrections, curtain replacements — that deliver disproportionate impact for modest spend.

Refresh packages

The Essential Refresh covers two rooms and includes a shared palette, accessory curation, and one installation day. Studio fee: £1,650 plus an recommended accessory budget of £800 to £1,400.

The Extended Refresh spans three to four rooms, adds soft furnishing replacements such as cushions and throws, and includes two installation visits. Studio fee: £2,890. The Full Ground Floor Refresh addresses all reception spaces on one level from £4,250 depending on square footage.

Typical refresh timeline

Most refresh projects complete within fourteen to twenty-one days. Briefing and concept work occupy the first week; sourcing and deliveries fill the second; installation and final styling happen in week three. Urgent pre-marketing refreshes can compress to ten days with priority scheduling at £220 additional cost.

We stagger deliveries to avoid cluttering your home with boxes. Clients receive a day-by-day schedule so they know when rooms may be temporarily out of use.

Results you can expect

A successful refresh makes your home feel considered and current without erasing its history. Family photographs remain on shelves; favourite armchairs may be reupholstered rather than discarded. New elements — a unified rug scheme, consistent curtain headers, coordinated lamp pairs — tie disparate rooms together.
