Deansgate loft living room
A couple relocating from Bristol needed their open-plan living area to function as both entertaining space and quiet workspace. We anchored the room with a modular sofa in oatmeal linen, introduced a pair of aged-brass floor lamps, and layered a large hand-knotted wool rug over original polished concrete.
Built-in shelving received styled vignettes using the clients' travel books and ceramics alongside new planters. The project completed in four weeks with a furnishing spend of £4,350.
Didsbury family home refresh
This 1930s semi had a renovated kitchen but disconnected dining and sitting rooms. We unified the ground floor with a shared palette of sage, cream, and walnut, replaced mismatched dining chairs, and added custom linen curtains to bay windows.
Existing sideboards were retained and refinished. Two installation days brought the project to completion within eighteen days, with an accessory and soft furnishing budget of £2,100.
Ancoats warehouse bedroom
Exposed brick and steel columns defined this converted warehouse bedroom. Rather than conceal the industrial shell, we leaned into it with charcoal bedding, a low walnut platform bed, and textured wool throws in rust and cream tones.
Blackout Roman blinds were commissioned from a Salford workroom. Total project investment including furnishings reached £3,680 over three weeks.
Chorlton pre-sale staging
An estate agent referred this empty rental property requiring fast turnaround before photography. We staged the living room, main bedroom, and home office using hire inventory from our Salford warehouse.
Neutral textiles, fresh artwork, and strategic lighting made the property feel inhabited without personal clutter. The home received an offer within eleven days of listing. Hire period: four weeks.
Sale ground-floor restyle
A retired couple wanted their spacious 1960s home to reflect how they live now — fewer formal dining occasions, more reading and grandchildren visits. We opened traffic flow between lounge and conservatory, swapped a large dining table for an extendable version, and introduced durable performance fabrics.
The refresh spanned five weeks and included reupholstering two existing armchairs at £680 labour plus fabric. Furnishing additions totalled £7,240.
