Smarrracqu Home Styling Ltd is a home styling studio registered in England and Wales. We provide interior styling services to residential clients across Greater Manchester and, in limited cases, remotely throughout the United Kingdom.

Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly — name, email address, telephone number, property address, project details, and payment information when you book our services. Site enquiries submitted through our contact form generate the same categories of data.
During styling projects we may photograph your property for internal records and, with explicit consent, for our portfolio. We also collect limited technical data when you visit this website, described in our cookie policy.
How we use your information
Personal data is used to respond to enquiries, deliver styling services, process payments, coordinate deliveries and installations, and communicate about your project. We may send service-related emails such as appointment confirmations and proposal documents.
With your consent, we may send occasional studio news about new services or seasonal styling tips. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time without affecting transactional messages related to active projects.
Legal bases for processing
We process personal data under the UK GDPR on the following bases: contractual necessity when delivering services you have requested; legitimate interests in operating our studio, improving our website, and preventing fraud; and consent where required for marketing or portfolio photography.
You may withdraw consent at any time where processing relies upon it. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
Sharing and retention
We share data with trusted suppliers only when necessary to fulfil your project — delivery companies, upholsterers, payment processors, and email service providers under contractual confidentiality obligations. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
Client project records are retained for seven years for accounting and legal purposes. Enquiry data from non-clients is deleted after twenty-four months unless a project proceeds. You may request erasure where no overriding legal obligation requires retention.

Under UK data protection law you have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
